How do I cancel my hosting account

You may cancel your hosting account at any time ONLY if done 30 days before the last day of your billing term. If you do not give us this notice of cancellation you will be charged for the term of service. This must be done by a written notice to Surfs Global, Inc.
If this is not done we will delete all data and the Domain from our server when we receive the transfer notice from your Domain's Registrar. But if you give us a written notice of cancellation we will give you the time you need to transfer all data and the Domain.
