I cannot send mail
If you receive the error message: 'The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. Server Response: '(the address)... Relaying Denied'...
Your SMTP server is not configured correctly. Your smtp server name should be
"mail.mydomain.com". If you use an ISP's network service, your smtp server should be your network provider's server name
Or if you have your own Domain Name you will have to enter mail.yourdomain.com as the SMTP... i.e. if your Domain is www.mydomain.com you will enter mail.mydomain.com as the SMTP host server. Also a check must be in the box next to: My server requires authentication.
If this does not work than you may have to use your ISP's SMTP host.
In Outlook, click Tools...Accounts...Mail...Properties

There are many reasons why the mail you sent is undelivered.
- if the email address is wrong
- if the recipient's server is down
- if the network is down
- if the recipient's mail quota is exceeded
- if the recipient's disk quota is exceeded
- if the recipient's account status has been inactivated
