    If you have your email program (outlook or outlook express) downloading your email AND keeping a copy on the server you will get this message after awile. To fix this in outlook express, In the 'Tools' / 'Advanced' tab, uncheck the Leave a copy of messages on the server checkbox or just lower the days emails are left on the server. After this is done you will have to login to your webmail account at with your FULL email address and its pw and delete all the emails in your inbox (you will have a copy of those emails on your computer). NOTE; You should see a check box to check all on that page, this is just above all the other check boxes.
